At Mountain View Orthodontics we accept payment with cash, checks, EFTs, and all major credit cards (which can include HSAs), except American Express. In addition, we have the following accommodations in place:

Multi-family member discount: We offer savings for families with multiple members undergoing treatment.

Insurance Benefits
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you can enjoy reduced personal costs. Many policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit separate from regular dental insurance. Because insurance coverage varies significantly, we’ll review your insurance plan to determine your specific benefits and how they apply to your treatment. Once treatment begins, we can file insurance claims on your behalf and accept the assignment of benefits directly from your insurance company in most cases.
To streamline the process, please provide your insurance information before your first visit so we can verify and calculate your orthodontic benefits in advance. This helps us give you an accurate estimate of your financial commitment, including any insurance benefits, at your initial consultation.

If your insurance company requests information during treatment, it’s important to respond to maintain uninterrupted benefits. While we aim for accurate insurance estimations, the financially responsible party is ultimately accountable for any charges and unpaid balances.
